Long before the bustle, Champagne produced still wines. In the 17th century, the vineyard covered more than 55,000 hectares.
White wines accounted for the majority of the production but some terroirs expressed beautiful vibrations after a vinification in red, our sector was often cited.
With this red Coteau Champenois, we wish to see other sensory notes of the parcel of our domain express themselves.
